What is BSmart Jobs ?

BSmart Jobs, is a recruitment portal designed to connect students with job opportunities, internships, and career resources.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the ‘Login Now’ button on the homepage. You can then find the “SignUp” button on the BSmart Jobs login page.  Fill in the required details, and follow the instructions to complete your registration.

How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Is there a fee for posting job listings?

Please refer to our pricing page for details on fees for posting job listings.

How can I manage applications received?

Employers can manage applications by going to the ‘Candidates response’ section for a particular job, where they can review, sort, and respond to candidates.

When does the Plan Page appear?

The Plan Page appears as soon as the user’s documents submitted by the company are approved by the BS admin.

What happens when I click on 'Buy Now'?

Clicking ‘Buy Now’ redirects you to the payment gateway screen where you can proceed with the payment for the selected plan.



What is the Custom Plan?

If enabled by the BS admin, the custom plan will be visible. The custom plan includes the price, validity, job posting count, candidate search availability, resume view count, and a custom text field (if selected by the BS admin).

What happens after a successful payment?

After a successful payment, you will be redirected to a page showing the transaction details. The GST invoice will be sent within 15 working days. A popup saying “Let’s get started” will appear, guiding you to post a job or search for a candidate based on the selected plan.

How can I view my transaction history?

The transaction history will be enabled in the top right-hand side dropdown once you complete a payment transaction. This history will include both successful and failed transactions.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, you will be redirected to the same page with the failed transaction details. You can try the payment again.

How long will the Custom Plan details be visible?

The Custom Plan details will remain visible until the plan is deactivated by the BS admin. If the plan is modified, the new details will be updated and shown accordingly.

What should I do if I encounter an error on the website?
